Recently, the first domestically developed G6-generation coating and developing equipment—independently engineered by Kzone—was officially installed on the production line of a leading domestic display panel manufacturer. As a critical piece of process equipment in display panel manufacturing, the successful delivery of this system marks a major breakthrough for my country in the field of high-precision wet processing for display panels. It fills a long-standing gap in domestically developed, high-end coating and developing equipment, effectively pressing the "accelerator button" for the localization and self-reliance of the new display industry.

Conquering Core Technologies to Reshape the Industrial Landscape

Coating and developing equipment constitutes a critical process link in the manufacturing of display panels; its precision directly impacts product yield rates. However, the underlying technology has long been monopolized by overseas enterprises, resulting in persistently high costs for equipment procurement and maintenance. Drawing upon over a decade of accumulated technical expertise, Kzone has successfully overcome these core technical challenges by reconstructing the PLC control system architecture and streamlining equipment communication hierarchies, thereby significantly enhancing the production line's fault tolerance. Following mass production, this equipment has achieved a comprehensive yield rate on par with international standards. Furthermore, when paired with an intelligent operation and maintenance system, it can reduce maintenance costs by 25%—having been deeply customized to specifically suit the unique characteristics of domestic production lines.
