Following its 1 GW single-line TOPCon wet-processing system launched in 2024, Kzone further lifts production capacity to over 1.2 GW per line.

It supports 1.2 GW-level output for large-size 182/210 mm cells. Equipped with high-speed precise fluid control and multi-stage uniform flow-field design, the system ensures superior alkaline polishing uniformity. It also cuts chemical and UPW consumption. For n-TOPCon capacity expansion, this helps customers lower OPEX and improve equipment uptime.
Targeting perovskite and perovskite/c-Si tandem cells, Kzone provides its self-developed high-precision air-float coating system. Non-contact air-float conveyance avoids substrate scratches and particle contamination. It achieves micron-level accuracy on coating gap and film thickness, and produces uniform large-area perovskite absorber layers with over 90% material utilization.
To solve high silver paste costs in TOPCon and BC cell metallization, Kzone exhibits its self-developed pilot-scale gridline metallization system.
It accelerates adoption of copper gridlines and silver-free base-metal solutions, cutting cell-level costs while boosting efficiency.
Built on panel-level precision wet cleaning and patterned etching, the system creates fine-feature gridlines on silicon wafers. It supports mass-production copper plating and silver-free metallization. Compatible with TOPCon, HJT and BC high-efficiency cell lines, it meets the industry shift toward silver-free manufacturing.
As PV scales up for high-efficiency low-cost manufacturing and perovskite tandem cells move toward commercialization, Kzone conducts combined process-equipment R&D.
