August 26–28，2026 — Kzone showcased its Track solutions for FPD industry, together with its latest launched TGV solutions, at DIC EXPO 2026 (Display Innovation China Expo)
Kzone Track consists of cleaning, coating, developing, baking, VCD and transfer units. Its key strengths:
● Damage-free High-efficiency Transfer: Air-float technology enables non-contact substrate transport to reduce scratches, particles and static charge. Coating-transfer integration eliminates nozzle reciprocation, boosting throughput by 30%.
● High Precision Control: ±1 μm X/Z axis positioning accuracy, paired with built-in in-situ monitoring and real-time calibration for consistent process stability.
At the exhibition, Kzone also displayed China’s first open TGV pilot line, drawing widespread attention.
Via Formation Capabilities: Through-via diameter of 15–200 μm (uniformity ±0.5 μm at 50 μm); circularity U% ≤ 5%; uniformity U% ≤ 5%; compatible with glass thicknesses of 0.1 mm–1.1 mm.
Metallization: Utilizes double-sided electrochemical deposition equipment compatible with both soluble and insoluble anode designs; employs DC and pulse plating processes; supports thin-substrate processing (0.3–1.5 mm); plating uniformity <7%; aspect ratio ≤ 10:1 (at 50 μm diameter).
Kzone has established a core technological capability backed by over 200 patents and three major production bases in Suzhou, Huzhou, and Foshan, with more than 50,000 square meters of manufacturing facilities supporting the mass production and delivery of high-end equipments.
